Originally, I built this online fitness membership and community to support past clients who were working to transition back to fitness after injury.

Right now, for the first time, I opened up my training membership for anyone to join!

Instead of aimlessly adding fitness classes and random exercises, this program lays out a targeted foundation of endurance and mobility to keep your joints safe as we build up into more powerful movements week-over-week.

12 Weeks. 3-5 days a week. 25-40 minutes a day.

How does it work? 

👉 This training membership is delivered in 3 months blocks, not month to month

  • We do this so you are there for the build up! Instead of joining at random we invite people into this training membership at the start of a training block. 

👉 The workouts are delivered with detailed video tutorials and modifications.

  • Each week builds on the next, which makes it easy to modify and adjust the workouts to your body along the way.

👉 Group support and accountability challenges.

  • I get it, the hardest part of any fitness program is staying consistent. We keep it fresh with prizes, challenges, and more

👉 Clinician recommendations to keep you safe

  • The BEST part about this program is access to professional support through the group chat for exercise modifications and guidance to keep your body safe.
  • Customizations and one-on-one virtual appointments available to clients who have completed a program with Dr. Wishloff or her team.

TAG Training Club Fall 2025 (Sept-Nov) Just Training

$255 for 3 months

Discount Available Until August 18th - price up to $375 after deadline

$300 CAD/month

For Alumni Clients Only (3 month commitment required)

  • If you have completed The Posture Revival, A Hybrid Program, or A Custom Programming Block you are eligible for this payment option.
  • Includes program customizations based on goals
  •  2x one-on-one appointments per month  (virtual or in-clinic for those in Toronto)
  • Option to add more appointments at member rates
