The Runner's Revival is an 8 week strength and realignment program with a weekly lecture series that educates you on the training plan you're doing each week.
Â
Designed to help you resolve stubborn running injuries by correcting the problem at the root cause and building strength in a way that corrects imbalances instead of amplifying them.
Â
This program is for clients who are currently running with injuries, are trying to prevent injuries as a runner, or clients who aspire to run but have a fear of becoming injured due to past injuries.
 Â
If you feel like you've tried everything but you can't make progress on your foot, knee, hip, or lower back injury - this is the program for you.Â
Â
Dr. Kirsten Wishloff has helped hundreds of clients get out of pain using her methodology delivered in this program. Resolving injuries like: achilles tendinopathy (tendonitis), runner's knee, 6+ months post-surgical return to run, plantar fasciitis, hamstring tendinopathy (tendonitis), bursitis, shin splints, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions
Some common questions clients have about the program:
Â
1ď¸âŁÂ What makes this program different from just going to physio?
- The usual approach to care in a physiotherapy clinic involves a pain-centered strategy. Starting at the pain/injury and working one or two joints away from the pain. This program is working from the biomechanical foundations of your movement to adjust how force hits the site of pain.
- Then we layer these new movement strategies into a strength plan that ramps up the intensity progressively and blends it into a strength program you can come back to year of year. Many clients use this program as their go to prep plan as they build up to their season or a specific race!
2ď¸âŁÂ Equipment Needs and Time Commitment
- The program itself will take about 3 hours per weekÂ
- Each workout will take about 45 minutes, with 3 workouts per week
- Plus bonus content like tutorials and mobility classes added along the way!Â
- Equipment requirements are minimal - dumbbells, a chair or step, and some wall space is all you'll need.
- If other equipment is added in, there will be modifications and alternatives so you will always have an option
3ď¸âŁÂ Refunds?
- You will be eligible for a full refund of the programming fee within the first week of starting the program.
