Connecting injury rehabilitation into full body strength and mobility training. The hybrid plan includes:
- Hands-on treatments
- In-clinic training sessions
- A fully customized strength and mobility program
- Online clinician support
It’s time to get to the bottom of this injury once and for all!
Let's get started:
STEP #1
Start with an assessment with a TAG Expert. Your clinician will determine if this program is the right fit for you.

STEPÂ #2
If your clinician has recommended a hybrid plan, you will schedule out your first 4-week training block.Â

STEPÂ #3
Complete your onboarding form. This form will help us shape your custom training program.

STEP #4
Download the app WOD Up. You will receive an invitation to the software we deliver custom programs.

STEPÂ #5
Begin your Program! You and your practitioner will discuss the mix of treatment and training that is best for you during your sessions.

STEPÂ #6
Reassess, at the end of each 4-week block you and your clinician will determine the next best steps for your progress.Â
