Each Revival Program is 8 weeks in duration and follows Dr.Wishloff's model of transforming injury to strength.

In The Posture Revival the program works on this within the context of posture. In The Runner's Revival everything is done within the context of running.

The practitioner stream works alongside the selected program.

Week 1/2: Map out Your Movement & Pain Relief Strategies

This is all about understanding your pain instead of attacking it! The BIG takeaway: massaging, rolling, or scraping the area of your body in the most pain is keeping you in pain.

 

Week 3/4: Expanding Movement & Building Control
