The 8-Week REVIVAL Program Progresses You Through 2 PHASES:
PHASE 1 -REORGANIZE
In this first 4-week phase of The REVIVAL, the focus is on reorganizing the flow of movement in the system, and prioritizing symptom management under load. Mapping out what provides relief and what recreates symptoms to lay out the exact strategy your body needs to heal. These workouts take 30-45 minutes plus one 30 minute lecture per week.
PHASE 2 - REBUILD
This is phase 2, 4-week block of The REVIVAL, we’re focused on progressive overload. After phase 1 we have found the edges of your tolerance, what causes pain, what relieves pain, and what modifications we need to make so you can start to build strength safely. Workouts will start to look more like exercises you're familiar with in this phase, they will take 30-45 minutes.

I'd like to share a bit about my background so you know why I am so passionate about helping you get out of pain and get your fitness back on track.
I am a chiropractor, strength coach, and yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience working with people in all walks of life to improve their fitness and get out of pain.
I spent years supporting elite athletes in a variety of sports. I am a published author studying postpartum injury recovery/prevention and specialize in postpartum return to sport and fitness.
I became the practitioner and coach I wish I had when I was struggling with my own injuries. I want you to not only experience this program in your body, I want you to take this knowledge and use it moving forward to prevent injury from disrupting your life!

1️⃣ Can I use health insurance to cover the costs of this program?
- If you choose the practitioner-supported version of this program and you live in Canada 🇨🇦, your weekly fees are eligible for insurance coverage. You must attend the live call each week to receive your insurance receipt.
- Do not submit the weekly receipts you get from our payment processor, these ARE NOT eligible for submission to insurance. We will issue receipts for you to claim at the midway point and end of the program. (4 healthcare receipts sent at week 4, and 4 healthcare receipts sent at week 8)
- If insurance coverage is a concern, please contact your health insurance provider before beginning the program to ensure they cover virtual care.
- We do not directly bill your insurance company.

3️⃣ Equipment Needs and Time Commitment
- The workouts take about 30-45 minutes 3x per week, getting faster as you get familiar with the movements, one weekly lecture thats about 20-30 minutes in duration, and one mobility flow 10-20 minutes in duration per week.
- Equipment requirements are minimal; dumbbells, a chair or step, and some wall space is all you'll need
- There is also weekly office hours on Friday afternoons. If you are doing the practitioner-supported option, attendance at the weekly group call attendance is required to bill the program through your health insurance (if you can't make it on Friday, we can make an alternative check in time)
