How does it work? 

👉 This is an online group training plan delivered in 3 months blocks

  • New blocks starting in December, March, June, and September
  •  Instead of joining at random we invite people into this training membership at the start of a quarterly training block. 
  • We do this so there is enough time to BUILD strength over time, allowing for reliable results

👉 This training plan includes 3 workouts per week and additional mobility and self care tutorials added throughout the program

  • Each workout includes a follow along warm up and mobility flow (~10 min)
  • ~25 minutes of strength
  • ~10 minutes of conditioning

👉 The workouts are delivered with detailed video tutorials and including modifications and messenger support.

  • The training app we deliver this program through provides detailed video tutorials created by Doc Wishloff that go over form and modifications.
  • Allowing you to track progress, ask questions to our support team

👉 Group support to keep you accountable

  • We get it - the hardest part of any fitness program is staying consistent. We keep it fresh with prizes, challenges, and more

👉  Option to add custom modifications and one-on-one coaching from a clinician

  • If you want more support, this program can include direct support from Dr. Wishloff and her team of clinicians (allowing the clinician-supported version program to be covered by extended healthcare benefits!)
  • Choosing the clinician supported option includes one-on-one virtual appointments and customizations. Available to clients who have completed an assessment with Dr. Wishloff or her team in clinic or online.

TAG Training Club Winter 2025/2026 (Dec-Feb) Just Training

Until November 24, 2025 (Regular Price $375)

  • 3 months of training created and delivered by Dr. Kirsten Wishloff
  • Expand mobility while you build strength and relieve pain in your body
  • This winter is all about expanding mobility in your joints and developing end range strength. December will be less conditioning more mobility and we'll transition to higher intensity work in Jan/Feb
  • This payment includes 3 months of programming December-Feb 2026
  • Discounted rate only eligible for full payments, split pay options available at checkout

Clinician-Supported Training Option

$300 CAD/month

For Alumni Clients Only (3 month commitment required)

  • If you have completed The Posture Revival, A Hybrid Program, or A Custom Programming Block you are eligible for this payment option.
  • Includes program customizations based on goals
  •  2x one-on-one appointments per month  (virtual or in-clinic for those in Toronto)
  • Option to add more appointments at member rates
